Commissioning

Building commissioning ensures the facility owners/managers have fully functional buildings with complete documentation to meet the requirements established by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

LEED

LEED certification is a consideration that should be made in the early stages of the project as it provides an independent, third-party verification that a building meets stringent green-building and performance measures established by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED®) certification. LEED-certified projects are internationally recognized for being environmentally responsible and healthy places to live and work.
