HVAC Design included modification of existing distribution ductwork and addition of (1) Variable Air Volume terminal box (and associated distribution ductwork, piping and controls) to the existing air handling system serving the existing entry area to accommodate the addition of a new 1750 square foot entry lobby area. Modification of existing distribution ductwork and addition of (2) Variable Air Volume terminal boxes (and associated distribution ductwork, piping and controls) to the existing air handling system serving the existing administrative office area to accommodate floor plan revisions and address thermal comfort issues brought to our attention by the owner.
Plumbing Design included the addition of plumbing service to a new sink to be located in administrative office area. Modification of existing sprinkler system to accommodate floor plan revisions in the administrative office area and the addition of the new entry lobby area.
