Whitaker & Rawson, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Daniel E. Whitaker and Douglas E. Rawson, as a consulting engineering firm providing design services for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for new construction and renovation of existing buildings. 

Based in Homewood Alabama our loyal customers acknowledge us as a performance-driven engineering firm passionate about designing systems to produce the perfect environment. With more than 50 years combined experience, our Principal Engineers guide a team of qualified LEED AP Engineers, Interns, Designers, CAD operators and Administrative Personnel working together to provide innovative designs which result in sustainable green buildings and site systems with consideration given to all environmental concerns, construction costs, ease of maintenance and life-cycle operating costs.
